On 20 March 2026, ImagineHealth was pleased to join the team at Lavida Advanced Fertility and Genetics Center for the presentation of its Temos International accreditation certificates.
ImagineHealth Founder and CEO Henning Kalwa personally handed over the certificates, marking the successful completion of an accreditation journey built on detailed preparation, external assessment and a shared commitment to quality.
Lavida achieved accreditation in both Excellence in International Reproductive Care and Quality in Reproductive Care. For the clinic, the milestone reflects the work of an entire team. For Thailand's healthcare sector, it provides another example of a provider choosing to make quality, patient safety and continuous improvement visible and measurable.
More than a certificate
Healthcare accreditation is sometimes viewed mainly as a badge. Its real value lies in the structures behind it: clearly defined responsibilities, consistent processes, documented safeguards, performance review and a culture that learns from evidence and experience.
For fertility providers, these foundations are especially important. Patients often arrive after a difficult personal journey and may be navigating care in another country. Clinical quality must therefore be supported by clear communication, privacy, coordinated international patient services and dependable continuity throughout the treatment pathway.
The certificate handover was a moment of recognition, but the achievement represents much more. It reflects Lavida's decision to subject its systems to independent review and to keep improving beyond the assessment itself.
A German framework supporting quality in Thailand
Temos International developed its healthcare accreditation programmes in Germany specifically for organisations serving international patients and medical travellers. Its standards examine both clinical and non-clinical aspects of the patient journey, connecting safety and organisational quality with the realities of cross-border care.
