Welcome Remarks from Distinguished Dignitaries
- Mr. Andrei Dmitrichenko, Minister Counsellor and Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Thailand, opened the seminar by stressing the importance of international cooperation in advancing healthcare.
- Mr. Yuri Lyzhin, Trade Representative of the Russian Federation to Thailand, and Mr. Vitaly Kiselev, President of the Thai-Russian Chamber of Commerce, delivered their welcome remarks, reinforcing the strong ties between Russian and Thai business communities.
