You may not be a Social Media expert on day one, but you will show the right attitude and become one over time. Your international colleagues will be there to train and mentor you. Excellent English language skill is the minimum requirement. We are open to graduates and young professionals with limited work experience.
Key Responsibilities
Creating content calendar, localizing and writing original social media copy, and publishing content for English and Thai audiences
Ensuring all engagement with English and Thai audiences across our channels is conducted in a timely fashion with the appropriate tone of voice
Managing external freelancers where required, to produce content and manage editorial plans Identifying and engaging in real-time with influencers and celebrities that are and could be talking about our brands and services across social media channels
Build relationships with customers through collaborative content, influencer marketing, and other tactics to create worldwide and domestic (Thailand) brand awareness and boost website traffic.
Organize and manage online events to boost brand awareness
Work with performance (PPC) specialists who will put marketing dollars behind top-performing organic content from you / organic content curated by you from our community
Skills Required

Patient Liaison / Coordinator
ImagineHealth believes medical care is nothing without trust and understanding. We help create confidence between international patients and Thailand’s best providers, with empathy and expertise.
Our philosophy is that every patient in every treatment scenario must be viewed as a healthcare “customer.” It’s even more important in the case of international medical travel to Thailand. Even though it is a wonderful country with first-class medical facilities, the highest-quality physicians, and unbelievably nurturing nurses and staff, it is far away from home for most medical travelers and the marketplace can be confusing when every overseas hospital and clinic is being promoted as “the best” by online facilitators. Naturally, patients will have some serious questions and concerns.
As our ImagineHealth Patient Liaison, you will play an integral role in handling communication between patients and Thai healthcare providers. You are an intermediary who answers questions and addresses concerns patients may have prior to, during, and after receiving care in Thailand.
If you are passionate about healthcare, believe in Thailand as a Medical Tourism destination, and don't shy away from foreigners then you may have what it takes to be successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate between patients, our company, and third-party treatment providers for a smooth treatment experience and positive outcomes.
Ensuring all necessary information has been shared with relevant parties in a compliant way.
Educate inquiring patients via phone, email, and in person.

Sales Executive (Healthcare)
As our Sales Executive, you will approach Thai treatment providers and educate them about German treatment quality and patient safety accreditations and their benefits.
Are you proactive and ready to approach hospitals, dental clinics, IVF centers, Anti-Aging clinics, and cosmetic & plastic surgery clinics on the company's behalf?
To be successful, you must have excellent interpersonal skills and experience in sales. A good Sales Executive combines charisma with sales knowledge to create a compelling sales pitch. Outstanding candidates should be able to work with little supervision and demonstrate a can-do attitude.
Our company deploys German-made quality and safety accreditations worldwide to support the improvement and optimization of international treatment providers. Patients and Medical Travelers can confidently choose their treatment location by seeing the German seal of approval.
